Second Chance Hearts INC was founded in honor of Oliver and the journey that changed our lives forever. His heart transplant story inspired us to turn our experience into a mission that supports other families facing similar battles. Through advocacy, community support, and outreach, we strive to provide hope, resources, and assistance to heart transplant patients and their families while making a lasting impact in the transplant community each year.
